Teams from four membership organisations joined us for a half day deep-dive into data-led growth strategy, and they absolutely showed up.

We covered the mindset shift needed to become truly data-led, how to measure and use the core growth metrics that drive retention and acquisition, and building baselines, forecasts and measurable OKRs that actually link delivery to growth. In the final hour, we handed over a real dataset, split into teams, and challenged everyone to build out a full growth strategy.

Highlighters, debates, and breakthroughs ensued.

Some of our favourite feedback from the day:

“Having clear ways to use data and see results gave me real confidence. The tools we learned today sparked some great ideas for how to actually hit our targets. So grateful I came along!”

“I thought this was a really interactive session, presented simply but well. I feel that I have learnt a lot of things that I can tangibly take away and adapt into my own business.”

Big thanks to everyone who joined us — Institute of Translation and Interpreting, SPAB, Agile Business Consortium, Cleaner Safer Group, and to Michael Nelles, Samantha Quigley, Serena Sumner, Richard Mullis, Lydia Chapman, Claire Cocks and Dawn Constance Newman. It’s an absolute dream to see more leadership teams building the confidence and capability to lead with data.
