Di is a senior consultant with deep experience working in complex, mission-led environments. Her background spans communications, digital transformation and operational leadership, with a consistent focus on turning ambition into action. She helps organisations align people and processes, improve decision-making and build long-term sustainability.
Alongside her consultancy work, Di is a co-founder and advisory committee member of Rare Dementia Support, where she has helped grow the organisation from a volunteer initiative into a national service, including the world’s first rare dementia support centre in London.
Di’s insight, judgement and ability to work at both strategic and practical levels make her a valuable addition to the team. We’re very pleased to be working with her!
