Membership Growth Strategies Demystified: A Hands-On Data Workshop

This morning, teams from four membership organisations joined us for a half day deep-dive into data led growth strategy, and they absolutely showed up.

We covered:
  • The mindset shift needed to become truly data led
  • How to measure and use the core growth metrics that drive retention and acquisition
  • Building baselines, forecasts, and measurable OKRs that actually link delivery to growth.
And in the final hour we handed over a real dataset, split into teams, and challenged everyone to build out a full growth strategy.
