This one-day workshop guides participants through a structured, evidence-led approach to membership growth. The morning focuses on building the right mindset and shared understanding of how to measure and interpret membership data, before breaking for lunch. The afternoon shifts into forecasting future growth, translating insight into clear strategic objectives, and applying these principles in a practical lab to shape a realistic, data-led membership growth strategy.
